Context
We needed to adapt the UI to something more modern and also user-friendly, meeting the caregivers' needs. Additionally, we introduced a feature allowing caregivers to study through the online school (Ilumina), apply for caregiving shifts, and be selected from a job pool. We also implemented an achievement and recognition system for their completed tasks and courses.
Rethinking singup flow
The ANA Luz account can currently only be created by a caregiving agency. We need to allow anyone to create an account, enabling them to start studying and apply for jobs in the app.
Redesigning the home screen
The home screen doesent cover all de necesities of the users. They need fast access to all the information about their shifts and job opportunities.
