Context
The Government of Mexico City has launched a program to provide completely free medical services to all elderly individuals aged 65 and above in the city. To accomplish this, a team of coordinators goes door-to-door collecting basic information about these individuals, recording it on paper sheets, and later transcribing it into an datasheet. With ANA - Educadora, we want to ease the work of each coordinator by digitizing their forms and synchronizing everything within our databases, to keep all the information up to date.
